The family, consisting of both men and women, is a key unit of society. The empowerment of each individual empowers the family, and consequently, empowerment is achieved at the national level. The internal actions of the family and the role of society empowers its individuals. Women, like men, have always played a critical, decisive, and fundamental role in the destiny of nations. This freedom of thought and action of women is discussed around the world. Some examined her teachings and hijab, and some limited her authority. What is important is to know the cultural and social environment of a society, what kind of empowerment and authority is necessary for a woman to lead a dignified, active, and productive life and to contribute to the intellectual and practical development of a society?
Allama Muhammad Iqbal, the great poet of the Eastern world, is familiar with the knowledge of the West. He believes in the importance of each person's role in the advancement of the nation. Allama Muhammad Iqbal had an in-depth look at the religious, social and cultural, livelihood, political, intellectual, and psychological issues of Indian women and provided clear guidelines for women's empowerment. For women, during social life, every role of a woman as a daughter, sister, wife, and especially as a mother, was of special importance. The purpose of this descriptive critical research is to understand Allama Muhammad Iqbal's thought and thought for social, political, intellectual, religious and economic empowerment in different stages of women's lives by reviewing Iqbal's poetic and prose works.
