The evolution of Iranian mysticism from the point of view of Allameh Mohammad Iqbal Lahori

Abstract

  Allamah Mohammad Iqbal Lahori, a Persian-speaking poet and writer, philosopher, politician, mystic, and in one word the genius of the age in the Middle East, researched and explored his most basic philosophical and mystical thoughts in "Sir Hakmat in Iran" book. In this important work, after analyzing the origin and process of emergence of Iranian wisdom, he analyzes the evolution of Iranian mysticism. This article tries to present Allameh Iqbal's special view on Iranian mysticism. In this connection, Allameh Iqbal's research method in mystical research, the social contexts of the emergence of Iranian mysticism, and the analysis of the status of various mysticisms are discussed and investigated. In the end, Allameh Iqbal's tendency and desire towards Iranian mysticism as a model for a friend It has been analyzed to have humans in the direction of reforming the society and attaining peace and tranquility .
